JM De Guzman: Award-winning actor JM De Guzman took to Instagram to post about his quarantine workout – boxing. For the 31-year-old actor, boxing is his anti-anxiety medicine. In one of his posts, he wrote: “Stay safe everyone. yung mga galit...isuntok nyo nalang sa hangin at ipush ups (for those who are angry, just release it through boxing and push-ups).

Kim Chui: “Chinita princess” Kim Chui also releases stress and anxiety during the lockdown by working out. The 30-year-old ABS-CBN artist is currently trending right now in the Philippines after she posted her thoughts on social media criticising the closure of the ABS-CBN television network. Chiu wrote on her Instagram: “On a lighter side working out can also release Stress, Anxiety and produce happy hormones. Sharing with you my 20 minute home workout routine, which you can do during this ECQ.”

Dimples Romana: If others are into workouts, versatile actress Dimples Romana has another way of fighting anxiety. She cooks. The 35-year-old star posted on Instagram: “What I look like most days, no make-up, just an apron and a smile. Cooking makes me happy. There are days when I wake up feeling extremely sad that I just want to cry for no reason, Kayo Din ba? and being in the kitchen relaxes my heart and takes my mind away from negative thoughts and worries. On her other post she wrote: Inspiration for breakfast! You don’t wear make-up #ButItHelps as we slowly get back on our feet after all the anxiety and strong emotions we've been feeling lately, we all need to stop and think what makes us happy. No matter how simple the gesture or the activity, self-care will always give us somthing to smile about!”

Nadine Lustre: The Philippine's multimedia princess Nadine Lustre, who had been previously vocal on experiencing of some bouts of depression, seems to have emerged more positive and strong during this quarantine. On one of her posts, the 26-year-old singer-actress is shown spending her isolation time decluttering her things, which she considers a huge achievement. She posted: “Had a lot of time to reflect, write, cook, play computer games, plan ahead and slow down... also had a lot of time clearing out my space which is a huge achievement for me. I’m against throwing away things so I decided to put them all on sale. Big shout out to everyone who shopped on my depop to help our frontliners!”

James Reid: Filipino-Australian James Reid, who is celebrating his birthday today (May 11), sees the lockdown as a time for meditation. The singer-actor, who turned 27, advises to focus on what's important for you. Music is now one of the main stress relievers for the multi-talented actor. He wrote on his IG account: “Quarantine has been quite meditative for me. A much-needed quiet time to reflect and focus on what’s important. Time to break that silence with some music.”
