Ranveer Singh will star in Rohit Shetty's comedy drama 'Cirkus', an adaptation of William Shakespeare’s play ‘The Comedy of Errors’. Singh will play the roles of identical twins separated at birth, only to be reunited years later.

Shah Rukh Khan, who is currently in Dubai for the ongoing IPL, is also getting ready to flex his acting chops in Tamil director Atlee’s next venture into Hindi cinema with a double role. Shah Rukh will reportedly play the role of an investigative officer of a top agency on the hunt for his son, who happens to be a criminal.

Taapsee Pannu will also be back in the theatre near you, with a double role in 'Sia Jia'. According to a report in PTI, the actress will take on her first dual role for the Sanjay Leela Bhansali production that is slated to go on floors next year.

Sidharth Malhotra is to star in the the Hindi remake of 'Thadam', which will see him play the roles of businessman and thief. The project is Vardhan Ketkar’s directorial debut. The actor confirmed the reports tweeting, "Double trouble! Excited to be a part of this ultimate entertaining thriller, in association with @itsbhushankumar, @MuradKhetani and #VardhanKetkar." The film was originally scheduled for a November 2020 release, however, owing to the COVID-19 crisis, it was postponed.
