The third installment of the film features Shraddha Kapoor, while Riteish Deshmukh will be seen essaying the role of Shroff’s brother who is kidnapped in Syria. Naturally, the younger brother, and his trusty sidekick, fly down to the war-torn country and taken on terrorists with tanks to save the day.

Helmed by Ahmed Khan and produced by Fox Star Studios India, the film also features Ankita Lokhande and Jackie Shroff in pivotal roles. Expressing pride over his father’s career, the younger Shroff told the media during his March 2 birthday celebrations that he feels that his father is a far bigger star than him.

“I was shooting with daddy and I came to the set and nobody clapped on my entry and then dad came and everybody went crazy,” Shroff said in an interview with ANI. “From the spot boy to the light man and the general public, everybody was moving towards him with great fervour and that was the day when I felt that my father is a far bigger star than me and there is a long way for me to go.” ‘Baaghi 3’ is the first film that will star both father and son on screen.

Soon after the promotional blitzkrieg for ‘Baaghi 3’ wraps up, Shroff will reunite with filmmaker and producer Sajid Nadiadwala for ‘Heropanti 2’. This film will also be helmed by director-choreographer Ahmed Khan.
