Inside Hrithik Roshan’s holiday in Dubai

With Dubai almost being a second home to many Bollywood stars — including Shah Rukh Khan and the Bachchans — it is no surprise to see a familiar face or two around town each week. This time, it was Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan, who appeared to be having a boys-only vacation while soaking up the winter sun in the city.

The actor appeared to be hanging around Bluewaters Island, with one of his images seeing him featured at Ain Dubai, the giant ferris wheel that is yet to open to the public.

Another picture saw Roshan and the boys having a beachside lunch, which Roshan tagged as his cheat meal. Joining him at the lunch was his Strength and Conditioning Coach, Swapneel Hazare, along with celebrity bodyguard Mayur Shettigar.

The trio also found the time to take a quick dip in the cool waters of the Arabian Sea, while taking a selfie of course.

The beach holiday continued with Roshan channelling Ranveer Singh’s fashion style, being pictured traipsing around in a beach towel — wrapped as sarong — which he posted on Instagram as well. Roshan coupled the look with a red T-shirt and a baseball cap, captioning the image: “Fashion inspiration courtesy: I guess Ranveer Singh.” Singh had yet to comment on the post. In the photo, the actor also appears to be sporting an injury on his right ankle which is covered with a bandage, prompting many concerned fans to question whether the actor injured himself on holiday.

This did not escape the attention of Roshan’s ‘Super 30’ co-star Mrunal Thakur who expressed concern as well. From Dubai, the actor was set to head to Chennai to attend a promotional event for a watch brand that he represents.

Following the success of his last film ‘War’, Roshan has yet to announce a new project but there has been speculation he will feature in the ‘Saate Pe Saata’ remake, along with featuring in the next instalment of ‘Krish’ with Deepika Padukone.
