In pictures: Celebrities warm up to the #MeAt20 challenge

Amid the coronavirus pandemic, people are finding all sorts of ways to keep themselves busy and what better than social media to keep them entertained. The recent #MeAt20 has been gathering momentum on Twitter and Insta and it's all about posting a throwback photograph from your twenties. Bollywood actor Ali Fazal shared on his twitter handle an adorable picture posing with his Doon school gang in Uttrakhand. He captioned his tweet : Thats me at 20! With the Doscos!! Revisiting school.

A number of famous faces have taken part in this challenge from different regional industries, Bollywood to Hollywood. Taking a jibe at herself, actress Tisca Chopra twitted her photo and wrote: "#MeAt20 and also apparently #ChemicalFree".

Bollywood actress and leading star of the Marathi entertainment industry Sonali Kulkarni also managed to surprise us with her #MeAt20 Challenge posts. She posted on insta: Here is #MeAt20 Photo by - Gautam Rajadhyaksha ❤️❤️❤️ #throwback.

Others who took part in the challenge, were well known journalists like Barkha Dutt and Sagarika Ghose who also took to Twitter and Instagram to share their old days’ snaps. Barkha posted: Apparently we're doing the 20s thing. Swipe for the next more familiar one. Geez. I feel 18 and just as stupid now as I was then.

Famous media couple Sagarika Ghose married to Rajdeep Sardesai tweeted : Since we’re all putting up old pics, here’s one to keep you entertained.

Pakistani stars have been taking part in this challenge very actively. Ali Zafar time traveled to his young days and posted on twitter: #MeAt20. PC Lobby. Remember sketching 16-18 hrs continuously everyday...back breaking. Needed to support family & save 4-5 lakhs to be able to record my first music album & video. Took me 5 yrs & “Huqa Pani”- “Channo” was released. Rest is history. Will never forget those times.

Meray Paas Tum Ho star Humayaun Saeed graciously accepted the challenge by ARY’s CEO Salman Iqbal to share his photo. He shared a snapshot of himself at 20 on Instagram and posted : Challenge accepted @salman_ary #MeAt20.

Renowned personalities have also given into the fun trend by sharing a glimpse of their younger versions. 55-year-old Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan tweeted his throwback image wearing a pair of tiny shorts with lipstick kisses on them : Me at 20.
