Kate Mulgrew, renowned for her role in 'Orange is the New Black,' was previously married to Tim Hagan, a former county commissioner in Ohio's Cuyahoga County who also pursued the position of governor in Ohio. Their marriage took place in 1999. Hagan, as a candidate for governor in 2002, ran in a contested race but was ultimately defeated by his Republican opponent. He later made the decision to retire from politics in 2010. Unfortunately, the couple's marriage came to an end in 2014. Kate Mulgrew is currently portraying Susan Sher, who served as Michelle Obama's chief of staff, in the Showtime series 'The First Lady.'
