There is now doubt that the wedding may even be pushed to end of year or early 2021.

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez: Social media’s favourite celebrity couple after John Legend and Chrissy Teigen of course, the fairytale proposal sent fans into a tizzy. However, the couple’s plans to get married in the summer, reportedly in Italy, were derailed with the pandemic striking globally. From what we know, the wedding will now take a backseat until things settle down.

Emma Stone and Dave McCary: After announcing to the world they were engaged in December, the Hollywood actress and the writer were apparently set to get hitched in March. But the couple officially pushed their wedding while the US reels from the coronavirus pandemic. We are eagerly waiting for a new date as well.

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom: The expectant parents are over the moon pending the birth of their baby girl, but their plans to tie the knot in June in Japan may need a push forward. “It was all set for Japan with 150 guests. Katy was actually really excited about walking down the aisle pregnant,” a source told People magazine. “They were both so elated that all the wedding details were finally coming together, but they are hitting pause because of coronavirus.”

The report was published in ‘Open Magazine’ where Bollywood film critic Rajeev Masand announced the news in his column, saying the couple were set to tie the knot shortly after the release of the Ayan Mukerji-directed film, which hits the screens on December 4 in India. It was also mentioned that friends and family members were notified to block their dates at the wedding of Kapoor’s cousin Armaan Jain, who was married to Anissa Malhotra earlier in February. This is not the first time stories of their impending nuptials have grabbed headlines. The first stories circulated in 2019, with some media sites reporting Bhatt had even roped in Bollywood designer Sabyasachi who had created the wedding ensembles for Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra and Anushka Sharma. It was later stated the wedding had been postponed in light of Kapoor’s father, veteran actor Rishi Kapoor’s cancer treatment.

Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar: It is no secret that Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar are couple. Akhtar has also publicly spoken about his fondness for Dandekar. The two have been teasing fans about their marriage. In a talk show, Shibani asked Akhtar, “When are we getting married, April or May?” To which Akhtar funnily replied: “In April, we May!” We hope for an announcement soon when things are calmer.
