The 8,600 square feet Design Studio features concept settings, walk-through mockups, and discussion rooms. It also presents 'libraries' of finishes, fabrics, materials, stone, veneers, custom wallpapers, woodwork, and treatments.

”We already had a taste for high-end finishes, so it was a seamless transition when the management and stakeholders took a decision about showcasing the complete strengths in an outlet that caters to customisation and designs,” said Shiraz Jamaji, CEO of Al Huzaifa.

“Apart from the UAE, we cater to customers in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Muscat and Qatar,” said Jamaji. “We are working with high-end hotels and F&B companies, but might even start customization for residential very soon in these markets.”

Following Al Huzaifa’s expansion into Muscat, the CEO said, “We want to move the same thing into a bigger market like Saudi Arabia.”

“All of our retail stores would have a section that was talking about customisation, but not showcasing the strength of what can be done locally, in terms of manufacturing,” said Jamaji.
