Emirates has topped a list of global airlines measured by available seat kilometres (ASKs) per flight, travel data firm OAG says. ASK measures an airline’s flight passenger carrying capacity. It is the total number of available seats multiplied by the number of kilometres travelled. It’s a key measure of an airline’s capacity to generate revenue per flight.
