Sea Palace Floating Resort is a Dh600 million project that includes a luxury hotel surrounded by floating houses. It will be powered by shaft motors and equipped with a hydraulic system that resists wave movements.The resort is currently being built, with plans to park the luxurious floating hotel near Dubai Marina.

One of the floating houses, Neptune, is already finished and was sold to UAE businessman Balvinder Sahni for Dh20 million on Monday. The homes are 95 per cent complete, and the remaining work will be finished in a month, while the whole project is around 65 per cent complete," said Mohamed El Bahrawy, CEO and founder of El Bahrawy Group.

Neptune consists of two floors, a balcony, and a roof with an outdoor swimming pool. Each floor is 300 m2, which makes it 900 m2 in total. The first floor consists of 4 ensuite bedrooms.

Neptune was designed in the shape of an eco-friendly glass boat. It is equipped with a self-sterilizing air filtration system, in addition to an intelligent automatic system that operates the entire house. The house is fully compatible with all international safety standards and is powered by solar energy and supplied with a garbage recycling system.
