Here is how to sign up for the personalised home energy assessment

Dubai: Would you like to take control of your electricity bill, reduce it, and conserve energy? If you are a homeowner in Ras Al Khaimah, the emirate’s municipal authority is currently offering a free and personalised home energy assessment.
The ‘Manzil Energy Advice’ service, provided by Ras Al Khaimah Municipality, offers residents tailored advice on saving money on their bills by using smart technologies and controls. The assessment can be conducted via a short home visit or video call by experts assigned by the municipality.
Ras Al Khaimah Municipality’s expert energy engineers will address your energy concerns and assess the main energy- and water-consuming equipment in your home, such as air conditioners (ACs), lighting, appliances, water fittings, garden irrigation systems, and more.
Following the assessment, you will receive a concise report outlining recommended solutions for improving your home’s energy efficiency. This report will also include a list of providers offering energy- and water-efficiency products and services, should you wish to pursue a more detailed evaluation of the suggested solutions.
This service is available exclusively to residents of Ras Al Khaimah and applies to residential units only, such as villas or flats. It is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to available capacity, and is currently free of charge.
