Darine Hadchiti doesn't have time to love

Lebanese singer Darine Hadchiti just released her new album entitled Kil Al Kossa ("The Whole Story") which contains eleven songs, ten in the Lebanese dialect and one in the Egyptian accent. This is the third album Hadchiti has released.

Hadchiti is now in Australia to shoot the music video for the song Kil Al Kossa, which is going to be directed by Jad Habr, a Lebanese artist living in Australia. It is not the first time that Darine collaborates with Jad. She has already filmed three music videos with him down under.

Hadchiti said she chooses to go to Australia for the shooting, because of the new technology used and the beautiful landscapes. Once she returns, Darine will officially launch her album during events in Beirut, Cairo and Dubai.

Hadchiti also said that she received "many offers to play in Egyptian movies", adding that for the time being "she is concentrating on her singing". "Acting will come later", she noted.

Concerning her private life, Hadchiti said she "doesn't have time for love" and that she took the decision to "forget about her heart".

She added: "Women are stronger than men because they do things men are unable to". According to her, "these things are related to everyday life".

Aline Khalaf's new video

Lebanese singer Aline Khalaf just finished the shooting of a new song Farhat Eini ("The Joy of my eyes"). The song is written by Ahmad Madi, composed by Yehia Hassan and arranged by Hadi Sahara. Artist Rindallah Kodeih directed the music video.

Aline is preparing herself now to release a new single in the Gulf dialect. She will also launch an album with songs in the Lebanese, the Egyptian and the Gulf accent.

Wedding bells ringing for Dina and Nourhane

Egyptian dancer Dina is a happy woman. She announced recently that she was engaged to an Egyptian pharmacist and that they plan to get married very soon. Dina, who is in her forties, has already been married seven times.

Also happily in love is Nourhane, a Lebanese singer who lives in the UAE. Nourhane has declared that she has been in a relationship for years with an Arab personality who lives in London.

Nourhane also said that her sweetheart listens to all her songs and encourages her. She will release her new album in November and it will contain a song in the Gulf dialect.

Bassima's successful marriage

Talking about her private life, Lebanese singer Bassima has said: "Sometimes I feel guilty towards my family. Sometimes also financial issues can be an important problem between an artist and her husband … money was never my priority."

Asked about her husband, Elie Jubeily, who has encouraged her since she married him, she said: "it is better to start showbusiness before settling down, because it is difficult then to keep [on] track.

" As for me, I have a successful marriage, even if we have different opinions about some issues sometimes, but this very natural in a relationship."
