Meet Promise, the Australian Shepherd who masters every household chore

Doing household chores gets tiring sometimes, but for one four-legged Australian Shepherd, Promise, this is her time to shine.

In a video posted on January 8, on Instagram by user my_aussie_gal, Promise, is seen doing every household chore you could possibly think of. With over 327 million views, the video begins with Promise at the main door as she bids goodbye to Mary, her owner, before she starts her chores.

Titled, “A day in the life of a stay at home house dog”, the video shows Promise making the bed, serving the kittens their food, doing the laundry, placing dirty dishes in the dishwasher, taking out the trash, and even sweeping and vacuuming the floor and carpet, before she heads back to the main door to greet Mary who returns.

“Just kidding, I work from home and Promise and I do the chores together. And when we do leave the house it’s almost never alone,” Mary mentioned in the caption of the video.

Netizens were amazed at how well trained Promise was and praised the duo on social media.

Some netizens however, hilariously mentioned their own dogs were the opposite when compared to Promise.

Over the past few years, Mary, who works from home, has been sharing videos with Promise and other pets, with every video crossing over a million views.

Another viral video on the account, with over 54.7 million views, shows how Mary and Promise split their daily chores at home.
