From London to Dubai

Burberry’s travelling exhibition The Cape Reimagined is now open in Dubai. The presentation – on until May 7 – includes limited-edition versions of the classic Burberry cape. Each one has been handmade, taking inspiration and techniques from the Burberry archive. The capes, which were first displayed in London, have been travelling the world since February with Dubai being the last stop on the five-location tour. See it from 10am-8pm at Concrete, Alserkal Avenue.

Sharjah Mall Expansion

City Centre Sharjah is expanding to including 30 new brands to its shopping and dining portfolio. Fashion brands including Annabelle, Khaadi and Nayomi will be amongst those opening their doors as part of the Dh260 million redevelopment plan. As well as fashion stores the expansion will see dozens of restaurants, banks and lifestyle brands arriving in the mall. The expansion is already underway and expected to be complete by the end of this year. Happy shopping!

Couture kids

We can already see Kim Kardashian West’s kids kitted out in the new children’s collection by Givenchy. This is the first kids wear collection from the French fashion house and features super cute ‘mini me’ versions of some of their iconic runway looks for adults. The first collection will launch this autumn in Givenchy stores and online.

Model swim-spiration

Model-turned-designer Rosie Huntington Whiteley has unveiled a new swimwear collection for Marks & Spencer. The British model, who is about to have a baby (we think this shoot was done a while ago), revealed the 24-piece beach and swimwear collection, in stores now. The range includes bikinis, one-piece swimsuits and throw-on cover ups and kaftans in bold prints and flattering summer colours. What will she do next?
