Dubai: Grammy Award-winning dance music DJ David Guetta is headlining Creamfields Abu Dhabi 2010.
One of the world’s biggest DJs will perform under the stars at the festival on the night of December 9, as part of his world tour.
“I have seen the other names that are due to play this year and it’s a fantastic line-up; I almost wish that I wasn’t playing so I could enjoy the music and just party with everyone,” he said.
The French DJ is one of the most in-demand producers at the moment having worked with some of the industry’s biggest stars including Madonna, the Black Eyed Peas, Kelis and Akon.
Tickets go on sale on Wednesday and fans purchasing them before midnight on October 1 pay just Dh200. They cost Dh250 after this date and at the door on the day of the event. Also, fans with tickets for Tiësto on October 1 can purchase a Creamfields ticket for just Dh150.
In its second year, the festival takes place at Yas Arena on Yas Island and looks set to please electronic music fans.
Organisers Flash have yet to reveal the full line-up, but will be announcing a number of other international acts in the coming weeks. Tickets can be purchased from today at boxofficeme.com
