Untidy area risks hygiene and destroys beauty

I would like to share my resentment on seeing the untidy state of walls, structures and water pipe fixtures in the Abu Shagara area of Sharjah.

How can people be so careless towards the hygiene and appearance of an area? I urge readers to maintain neatness, not to spit in open areas and avoid pasting advertisement stickers.
