Reader struggles at work as he lacks cellular network
Cellular network problem
I have been an etisalat subscriber for the past 10 years, however, I am appalled at the experience I had with their customer service and treatment I received. I had filed a complaint on June 21, 2015, regarding the lack of cellular network at my office. I am not able to make or receive any calls and this is affecting my business.
Over the past six months, I have been calling them and was given a standard response that the technical team is looking into it. It has been six months and no one has visited my office or tried to contact me. I humbly request Gulf News to help me solve this issue.
