Drivers using mobiles put others' lives at risk

The photograph clearly shows reckless driving by a female driver. She is talking on the phone while she drives and you can see that both her hands are not on the steering wheel.

This picture was taken on Emirates Road during the evening rush, when my colleague and I were driving home from work.

My colleague is the one who captured the shot from the passenger seat. The car in the picture was travelling at a speed not less than 120 km/h. This is extremely dangerous for the driver and other motorists around her.
