Watch: The concept of time is not important. I completely ignore its importance, especially when I am
with her.

Candles: Especially at the time of her birthday, as I do not want to remind her of the passing years and how she is getting older by the year.

Football: I do not want her to think even for a minute that I consider she could join in such a male obsession.

Contact lenses: I want her to discover her natural beauty without fake additions because to me she is perfect.

Diamond necklace: What if she has never seen a real diamond before? This would be reason enough for a heart attack!

A bunch of flowers: I am afraid she might end up cooking them just to watch my reaction!

Mirror: I want her to look straight into my eyes and see herself. Nothing should come between us.

Car: To tell you the truth, I have no money to buy it otherwise I would have bought one for myself.

Mobile phone: I am the one who has to pay the phone bills, that's why.

TV: I want to be the object of her attention even if I am not around. So no TV for her. And don't give me that look!
