Now the Arsenale (named after the famous Venetian arsenal if you’re wondering) has just announced it’s expanding its reach into Doha to not only open its first showroom in the Middle East representing more than 150 brands, designers and creators, but also to help incubate the first Qatari car made possible by the Doha Design District.
Opening on October 6th in downtown Doha in the Msheireb district, The Arsenale’s fourth location follows Miami, Macau and New York, and has a long list of attractions for visitors including exclusive products, experiences, and events, not to mention of course apparel. The opening ceremony will be attended by many key individuals in the mobility industry, including the likes of Silicon Valley visionary Rikard Steiber; Algerian automotive designer Rafik Ferrag; W Motors founder Ralph Debbas; and Majid Al Attar, creator of Dubai’s Devel Sixteen hypercar.
In addition, The Arsenale will host talks and workshops with renowned international designers and creatives on a monthly basis, and to begin with between October 6th and 8th they’ve already confirmed German futurist Daniel Simon, French furniture designer Ora Ito, as well as the aforementioned Algerian car designer Ferrag.
As the ultimate “Boys and their Toys” destination in the region The Arsenale is set to become a hub for the latest innovations and the most exclusive products available anywhere.
