Multiple-award winning Indian actress, producer, philanthropist, and entrepreneur, Deepika Padukone, has just been announced as the latest Cartier ambassador. The iconic French Maison has chosen “a true representation of the encounter of opposites that so deeply define the Cartier spirit”, adding that Padukone’s inspiring image around the world remains true to its roots, while balancing and tradition with modernity.
In edition to her many achievements Padukone also founded the Live Love Laugh Foundation, which is dedicated to raising awareness about mental health in India and the great effort of destigmatizing this illness.

After the announcement was made Padukone said, “It is my absolute honor to be joining the Cartier family, and I look forward to teaming up with a house known for its timelessness and iconicity”.
The 36-year old Padukone has been named one of the 100 most influential people in the world in earlier 2022, and has earned the accolade of three Filmfare Awards.
