1. Observe Earth hour

Earth Hour is a worldwide movement for the planet organized by the World Wide Fund for Nature. Held worldwide, there are many ways you can contribute. Go here to lend your social voice towards the cause and see events happening across the globe. Observe the hour with something as simple as switching off your wifi, phones, lights or taking a walk. Dubai Garden Glow will switch off its lights for an hour and also host a musical event for visitors along with a peace walk with candles.

3. Ghostbusters: Hyper-reality experience


Meraas has partnered with The Void, a US-based company, to bring its critically-acclaimed, hyper-reality experience to Dubai. Residents and visitors to Dubai will be able to experience THE VOID at a new destination scheduled to open at The Beach on 24 March. Visitors embark on a journey on the streets of New York in an experience called Ghostbusters: Dimension, inspired by the Ghostbusters universe. Track and trap supernatural foes through a New York apartment complex in an environment that combines physical props and sets, real-time interactive effects, and virtual reality technology.
