A permanent total disability in the functions of any organ or part of the body shall be considered as a complete loss to that part or organ.

If the injured person was left handed, all compensation for injuries of the left hand shall be considered as if they were for the right hand.

In the case of deformation or unnatural change to any organ or part of the body or any of the senses not mentioned in the list, the rate of disability shall be estimated by the Medical Board provided in Article (148) of this law which shall take into consideration similar cases in the list.
