The annual Parsi Food Festival begins at Indian restaurant The Bombay in Dubai on June 4.

The ten-day food fest brings together the best Parsi cuisine as prepared by guest chefs from India and in-house chefs at the award-winning restaurant.

Authentic dishes on offer include Parsi classic originals like patrani machi, mutton kebab, egg chutney patties, fish patio, chicken dhansak, salli boti, brinjal salnoo, rotli, mutton pulao and daal ni poori.

The food festival is aimed at showcasing how Parsi cuisine retains the various flavours in cooking inspired by ancient Persia. The chefs promise a taste "as authentic as you would have tasted it in a true and real Parsi household".
