Watania Takaful sponsors the Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan (may he rest in peace) Quran Memorisation Competition at International Community School – Al Mushrif Branch

As part of its firm commitment to the values of solidarity and community engagement, Watania Takaful Family PJSC announced its full sponsorship of the Quran Memorization Competition organised by International Community School, which saw wide student participation and achieved great success in both organisation and content.

The competition included three main categories: Quran memorisation, a category for People of Determination, and a category for recitation with proper Tajweed. Dozens of students from various grade levels participated, and 55 winners were honored for their outstanding performance in memorisation, recitation, voice quality, and adherence to Tajweed rules.

Commenting on the occasion, Dr Ziad Aoudi, Principal of the school and Academic Director General of the International Community Schools Group, said: “We are proud to organize this competition aimed at instilling Islamic values in our students. We express our gratitude to Watania Takaful for its generous support, which enhances the quality of the educational environment and enriches it.”

On his part, Suliman Manla Osman, General Manager of Watania Takaful Family, expressed his pride in this initiative, saying, “Our sponsorship of this competition reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting meaningful educational initiatives that help develop students’ skills and promote their positive role in society.
