Veloche has recently expanded into India and Saudi Arabia. What motivated these expansions, and how do you plan to adapt your services to cater to these new markets?

Veloche Interior & Exhibition has recently expanded into India and Saudi Arabia as part of our strategic vision to establish a stronger presence in high-growth markets.

These expansions were driven by several factors, including the increasing demand for premium interior design and exhibition services in these regions.

Both markets present unique opportunities - India’s booming infrastructure and corporate sectors require innovative workspace and hospitality solutions, while Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative is fueling large-scale commercial and cultural projects that align with our expertise.

To adapt to these new markets, we are integrating localised design sensibilities while maintaining our hallmark quality and innovation. In India, we are focusing on cost-efficient yet sophisticated interior solutions to cater to a diverse clientele.

In Saudi Arabia, we are aligning with the country’s ambitious developments by incorporating high-end materials and state-of-the-art technology.

Additionally, we have partnered with local suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth project execution while adhering to regional regulations and sustainability standards.

Sustainability is a central tenet of Veloche’s philosophy. Could you elaborate on the specific sustainability initiatives your company has implemented and how they align with your recent achievement of winning the Mrs. Earth 2023 title?

Sustainability is a cornerstone of Veloche’s philosophy, reflected in our material choices, construction methods, and business operations. We actively promote eco-friendly designs by using recycled and sustainable materials, reducing waste in our fit-out processes, and incorporating energy-efficient lighting and climate control systems in our projects.

Furthermore, we strive to work with suppliers who share our commitment to environmental responsibility.

My dedication to sustainability aligns with the achievement of winning the Mrs. Earth 2023 title, which emphasises environmental awareness and sustainable leadership.

This recognition has further reinforced my mission to integrate green practices into every aspect of our work, from selecting materials with a lower carbon footprint to designing interiors that enhance energy efficiency.

Veloche recently celebrated its 12th anniversary. Reflecting on this milestone, what have been some of the most significant challenges and achievements for the company over the past decade?

The anniversary celebration marks a significant milestone for Veloche. Over the past decade, we have faced various challenges, including navigating economic fluctuations, evolving client expectations, and adapting to rapid technological advancements.

One of the biggest hurdles was managing large-scale projects during the global pandemic, which required us to rethink our project execution strategies and embrace digital solutions to ensure continuity.

Despite these challenges, our journey has been defined by remarkable achievements. We have successfully delivered high-profile projects, such as the UK Pavilion at ADIPEC and multiple luxury hospitality and commercial interiors.

Expanding into international markets and earning industry recognition have further solidified our reputation as a leader in the field. Our greatest achievement, however, remains the trust and loyalty of our clients, who continue to rely on our expertise and innovative approach.

The rebranding of Veloche marked a new era for the company. What inspired this change, and how has the new brand identity impacted your business operations and client perceptions?

The rebranding of Veloche marked a transformative phase in our company’s evolution. Inspired by our growth, international expansion, and evolving client needs, we embarked on this journey to create a brand identity that better reflects our values, capabilities, and vision for the future.

The new branding emphasises modernity, sophistication, and innovation, helping us communicate our strengths more effectively to clients and stakeholders.

This change has had a profound impact on our business operations and client perceptions. It has strengthened our market positioning, enhanced brand recognition, and reinforced our commitment to excellence.

Veloche has been involved in various community events, such as the Dubai Center for Special Needs’ Winter Fair 2022 charity event. How does community engagement fit into your company’s mission?

Community engagement has always been an integral part of Veloche’s corporate philosophy. We strongly believe in giving back to society and supporting initiatives that make a meaningful impact.
