Twin towers offer smart amenities like robotic parking, food court, fitness, and banking

In line with this vision, the Group recently inaugurated its flagship LuLu IT Twin Towers at SmartCity Kochi, a landmark project that is now the tallest and largest IT infrastructure in South India.
Built at an investment of Rs1,500 crore, the twin towers stand at 152 metres with 30 floors each, and offer a total built-up area of 3.5 million sq.ft. across 12.74 acres, designed to accommodate over 30,000 IT professionals.
The project was inaugurated by Chief Minister of Kerala, Pinarayi Vijayan, in the presence of top political leaders, government officials, and business representatives.
In his address, the Chief Minister stated, “Kerala is transforming into a digitally empowered and knowledge-based economy. Landmark projects like the LuLu IT Twin Towers are crucial in attracting global tech players and generating thousands of quality jobs for our youth. We are proud of Yusuffali’s continued commitment to Kerala’s growth story.”
He also announced LuLu Group’s next major tech investment — a Rs500 crore IT Tower at Infopark Phase 2, spanning 9.5 lakh sq. ft., which is projected to create over 7,500 new jobs and further boost Kerala’s IT credentials. The government has assured its full support to the development.
The inaugural event was graced by P. Rajeeve, G.R. Anil, State Ministers, V.D. Satheesan, Leader of Opposition, P.K. Kunhalikutty, Rajeev Chandrasekhar, State BJP President, Hibi Eden, MP, Uma Thomas, MLA, along with Yusuffali M.A., Chairman of Lulu Group and senior Group executives.
Commenting on the development, Yusuffali M.A., Chairman of LuLu Group, said: “This is more than just a real estate project — it is a vision for the future. Strategically located within the SmartCity SEZ, the twin towers are equipped with next-gen amenities, including a robotic parking system for 4,500 vehicles, a 2,500-seat food court, fitness centres, on-site banking, and comprehensive business infrastructure, aligning with India’s digital and smart city aspirations.
LuLu already operates Cyber Towers 1 & 2 at Kochi Infopark, home to leading global companies and 13,800 professionals. Over the next three years, LuLu Group aims to create more than 50,000 high-quality tech jobs through its IT infrastructure projects in India.
