Zayn Malik’s sister denies she has cancer

Singer Zayn Malik’s sister has denied Twitter rumours that she has cancer.

Safaa, 10, who has a huge Twitter following because of Zayn, clarified: “I was just a bit angry how people made fake rumours saying I have cancer when I don’t.”

Thesun.co.uk also quoted Twitter speculation as saying that Zayn and his elder sister Doniya, 20, have different fathers.

Doniya said: “I can assure you we have the same dad, and whoever is telling you this pathetic thing is a very sad person.”

Zayn, 19, is said to be concerned about his fame affecting his family.

“Zayn is sickened that people could write such horrible things about his sisters and his mum and dad,” a source said.
