Abu Dhabi Delhi Private School Sharjah has been awarded the Khalifa Award for Educational and Institutional Performance for 2013-14.
The ceremony was held at the Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi on April 14. School Principal Vandana Marawaha said the recognition is an honour for DPS Sharjah in its pursuit of excellence. She expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Education and the Sharjah Education Zone for their support and encouragement.
“The establishment of a quality institution like Delhi Private School in UAE is in line with the vision of the Rulers of the UAE,” said Dinesh Kothari, DPS Pro Vice-Chairman.
DPS Sharjah, which follows the Indian Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) curriculum, has 6,000 students.
