Aradhana is Rajesh Khanna’s most popular film

Rajesh Khanna’s classic movies Aradhana and Haathi Mere Saathi emerged as the late superstar’s most popular films among online users during the month of July, when he died.

Khanna died on July 18 after battling health problems.

Last month when news of his poor health emerged, internet buffs tuned in to his movies and Aradhana, which paved the actor’s way to stardom, topped the list of most viewed movies, followed by Haathi Mere Saathi, which was one of the biggest hits of 1971, according to web video service iStream.com.

The analysis by the firm is based on over 100,000 online views of over 50 of Khanna’s movies on the website, as witnessed in July, said a statement.

Joroo Ka Ghulam, which showcased his comic timing, is third in the list.
