The cream is packed with hundreds of sharp and tiny mircro-pyramids made of hyaluronic acid, a skin-plumping and anti-aging ingredient. When the cream is massaged into the face these pyramids roll over the skin creating tiny punctures on the surface (unlike real micro-needling, it’s supposed to be painless).
