Work really, really late? No worries – this Dubai spa is open around the clock, offering luxurious spa facilities and pampering treatments 24 hours a day. If you’re struggling to sleep late at night, why not pop in for the spa’s Sleep Treatment (Dh900 for 120 minutes)? It starts with an aromatic mud wrap, to help alleviate aches and pains, and follows with a lavender-infused full body massage to help you unwind, decompress, and relax into much-needed rest. The treatment concludes with a nourishing scalp massage, which further relaxes the mind and promotes sleep.

Emirates Grand Spa, Emirates Grand Hotel

How late? Until midnight

Located on Shaikh Zayed Road, making it easy to swing in after work or a late flight, this hotel spa is open until midnight to allow you plenty of time to relax after dark. Treat yourself to some ‘me time’ after a busy day at work with a late-night treatment in the serenity and calm of CHI, the spa based on the fourth floor of the recently renovated Shangri-La Dubai. Available between 9pm and midnight, the Late Night Spa Experience includes a 60-minute relaxing body massage, for Dh480, and with the addition of a facial, it’s Dh680. But if you are working late, no worries – as this treat is open until 10pm and will include a choice of two pampering 30-minute treatments, along with access to the luxurious facilities.
