King Crab with Crispy Garlic Flakes

Preparation time: about 15 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Serves: 4 to 6 people

Ingredients:

1 fresh Norwegian King crab

300 gms garlic

50 gms shallots

30 gms green onion

25 gms coloured pepper

5 gms tempeh

20 gms bread crumbs

2 gms dried chilli

3 gms salt and pepper

150 gms potato starch

3 kg vegetable oil

Method:

1 Remove the internal organs of the live king crab and clean it up well

2 Put oil in a wok and heat it to 180 Celsius. Add garlic and fry until golden and then remove. Then, deep-fry the bread crumbs until golden. Mix the fried garlic, bread crumbs, tempeh, salt, dried chilli flakes and stir well.

3. Heat the oil to 220 degrees Celsius, deep fry the crab pieces after tossing in potato starch, until golden brown and remove.

4. Heat up an iron pan, add a little cooking oil, sauté the sliced ​​green onion, white onion, and coloured pepper until fragrant, then toss it with the fried crabs and garlic mix. Out of the pot and onto the plate.
