    250 gms all-purpose flour

    100 gms icing sugar

    3 tbsp unsalted butter

    2 eggs

    1 cup apricot jam

    80 gms almond flakes

Ingredient Substitution Guide


1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

2. Combine and mix the flour with egg, sugar and butter. Knead well.

3. Roll the dough out and cut it in small circles or squares using a mould.

4. Bake for six minutes.

5. Dust with icing sugar and coat with thick layer of jam. Add almond flakes on top.

6. Serve and enjoy!
