50gm        red cherry tomato
    50gm        yellow cherry tomato
    50gm        cucumber
    50gm        red onion
    10ml      olive oil
    5ml        white vinegar
    1 pinch   salt
    100gm      Feta cheese

Ingredient Substitution Guide


1. Cut cherry tomatoes in half, peel cucumbers and cut them to cubes and finely chop the red onion.

2. Mix them all together and season with salt, oil and vinegar. Place in a bowl and grate feta cheese on top.
