Ingredients
5 pieces papdi (store bought)
30 gms tamarind chutney
20 gms mint chutney
20 gms sev
50 gms pomegranate
Avocado mixture
250 gms avocado
30 gms onion
30 gms tomato
50 gms lemon
10 gms cumin powder
10 gms chaat masala
10 gms mint
30 gms coriander
5 gms salt
Method
1. Apply tamarind and mint chutney on the papdi.
2. Top it up with avocado mixture (finely chop all the ingredients, mash the avocado, and mix).
3. Drizzle both the chutneys.
4. Top it up with pomegranate and nylon sev.
