Rank 3: Caroline Wozniacki; Denmark; 19

Her blonde hair may give her that Goldilocks, butter-wouldn't-melt look, but on court it's a different story. Wozniacki is known for her temper and was sent off court at the US Open Girls stages (aged just 16) for calling an umpire a f****** a******. To be fair, the pressure is on, with a professional volleyball-playing mother and her father (also her coach) a football professional in Poland.

She has just bagged the job of 2010 face of Stella McCartney's Adidas range. Time to chill out.

Rank 4: Svetlana Kuznetsova; Russia; 24

When your mother is a six-time world champion sportswoman and holder of more than 20 world records, you have no option other than to be the best.

Born in St Petersburg, her father, Aleksandr, has coached five Olympic and world cycling champions. To make matters worse, her little brother Nikolay snapped up a silver medallist at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta.

So, when she flips out on court (which she often does), I guess we should cut her some slack.

Rank 5: Venus Williams; USA; 29

A tennis superstar, designer of her own clothing line and now American football team owner, Venus really does have it all.

Venus this week attended her first party as part-owner of the Miami Dolphins NFL team. But she said she still has a lot to learn about the game. "I'm very excited. In all my dreams I never imagined this."

With 20 Grand Slam titles under her belt, it's hard to imagine many things would make her nervous, but mixing and mingling with NFL owners and having a guess for Super Bowl winners got her tongue-tied. "I don't have a pick, I just don't," she said. "I'm still learning about football."
