Iza Calzado declines Robin Padilla film

Iza Calzado has decided to politely decline an offer to star with Robin Padilla in the film Bonifacio, which has been selected for this year’s edition of the Metro Manila Film Festival in December.

The actress says she would have loved to work with Padilla in such an important film, the biopic of a national hero, but her schedule just would not allow it.

She is currently doing a soap, Hawak Kamay on ABS CBN with Piolo Pascual, and is still rushing to complete her scenes in the horror flick Maria Leonora Teresa for Star Cinema.
