Cosplay queen Alodia Gosiengfiao gets Japan movie

Alodia Gosiengfiao, the undisputed cosplay queen of the Philippines, is set to do a movie in Japan which will start filming next year. According to the cosplay artist, she will play a popular Filipino cartoon character in the film, which will feature cartoon characters from all over the world. She said she received the film offer when she attended a cosplay event in Singapore recently. When the project pushes through, Japan will not be a foreign market for Gosiengfiao; it will be recalled that she had released an album in the Land of the Rising Sun in 2012, with exceptional results.
