Katy Perry Live

What better way to step into the New Year than attend Katy Perry’s New Year’s Eve concert. Perry, known for hits such as Roar, Firework and, more recently, Bon Appetit, will perform for the first time in the capital.

Plus, if you really want to get into the swing of things, head over to the pre-concert party at Cipriani Yas Island. Have some dinner and listen to some hits before you go crazy jamming out to Perry.

Amr Diab Live

With dinner packages on point for a transition into the New Year, Arab singer Amr Diab will welcome in 2018 with a live performance at this masquerade ball. Expect to hear popular hits such as Nour Al Ain and Amarain.

Hussain Al Jasmi and Tamer Hosny

End 2017 on a good note by catching the talented Husain Al Jassmi and Egyptian star Tamer Hosny live in concert at the capital.

Kadim Al Sahir and Balqees in Concert

Welcome the New Year with live performances by Emirati singer Balqees, along with Kadim Al Sahir who is commonly known as The Caesar of Arabic Music.

Details: On Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. Free to attend. From 7pm to 1am.

DJ Yves Larock in RAK

Here’s your chance to celebrate NYE and be part of a Guinness World Record attempt for the ‘largest aerial firework shell’. The Destination Dawn event on Al Marjan Island, which features house DJ Yves Larock, is one of the hottest tickets of the night.

Jax Jones & Sigma

If you’re looking to lose a bit of that Christmas weight, there’s no better work out than dancing the night away to hits by Sigma and DJ Jax Jones at their huge NYE party.

Diana Haddad Live

Enjoy a great live performance by Lebanese pop star Diana Haddad at City Walk on NYE, who will perform at a purpose-built stage in front of Hub Zero.

DJ Klingade and band

Kick-start the New Year with French house DJ Klingade and band as they blend electronic music with instrumental melodies. Have your pick at a suitable beverage or dining package and let 2018 sink in.

DJ Chuckie and Fatman Scoop

Tomorrowland’s regular DJ Chuckie, along with Fatman Scoop, will have you dance your way into 2018 to their hits, including Let the Bass Kick, Aftershock and Make Some Noise.

Yung Live

Abu Dhabi awaits the New Year’s celebration with live performances from Eida Al Menhali and Waleed Al Shami at the Shaikh Zayed Heritage Festival.

Fadi Harb and Nassif Zeytoun Live

Celebrate the beginning of 2018 by going to see Fadi Harb and Nassif Zeytoun at their concert, complete with show-stopping fireworks.
