Jhene Aiko, DJ Trey “AcE” Smith to play free Abu Dhabi concert
The singer and DJ perform at Beats on The Beach on November 27
One of the best young talents in hip-hop/r’n’b will take to the stage on Abu Dhabi Corniche later this month — and it’s free to attend.
Jhene Aiko will be joined by DJ Trey “AcE” Smith on the second night of Beats on the Beach, a series of free concerts as part of the Yasalam celebrations for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
Aiko’s latest collaboration is with Disney — she sings a song from Alice In Wonderland on the new We Love Disney covers album. She’s also worked with Drake on From Time and with Big Sean on this summer’s I Know.
Dancefloor filler DJ Trey “AcE” Smith’s latest single is Blame it on Beyonce. Also playing on the line-up that night are Carl & the Reda Mafia; J.Cole; Wael Kfoury; and Omar Al Marzooqi.
On November 26, Tove Lo, Bamboo and Fayez Al Saeed peform.
Faithless finish off the series with a 20th anniversary show alongside Arwa and Malikah on November 28.
