Dubai: The sun and other stars surrounding it are dying, except one, and Ryan Gosling has to find out why to try and save humanity.

The trailer for Gosling’s upcoming film, Project Hail Mary was released and the actor continues to charm the audience with his acting.

Based on Andy Weir’s sci-fi novel, Project Hail Mary, stars Academy Award nominee Ryan Gosling who plays a 6th grade science teacher, Ryland Grace, who is chosen to go up to space, to save the Earth and everyone on it. Despite him stating several times that he is not an astronaut.

“I put the not in astronaut. I’ve never done anything. I’ve never done a space – I can’t even moonwalk!” Gosling’s Grace yells as he tries to justify why him going to space is a bad idea.

The trailer shows Gosling’s Grace trying to figure out his 11.9 light years away travel from Earth, as Harry Styles’ Sign of the Times plays. Gosling even meets an alien, Rocky, on the star!

“So, I met an alien. He’s kinda growing on me. At least he’s not growing in me, you know? Which was a concern for a little while,” Gosling says into the camera as he documents his experience in space.

The cast also includes another Academy award nominee, Sandra Huller, Lionel Boycee from The Bear, and Ken Leung from Industry.
