Lady Gaga Live in Dubai: From US singer's first Middle East performance, at Meydan Racecourse
"Shukran... I love you," Gaga said at the end of her first Dubai show. She was beaming as she took a final bow, flanked by her band and dancers. Throughout the night, she hyped the crowd up with a slew of her biggest hits, from G.U.Y. and Just Dance to Poker Face and Bad Romance. In true Gaga fashion, the frequent wardrobe changes - both for her and her dancers - were nothing short of artsy and, at times, bizarre. She repeated a message of acceptance, tolerance and love, and thanked her "little monsters" in the Middle East tirelessly for bringing her to their neck of the woods, even shouting out to them in Arabic. The performance, which began late at 10.30pm, lasted an hour-and-a-half.

Thousands of die-hard Lady Gaga fans are still eagerly waiting for the star’s arrival. The time now is 10.15pm. She was scheduled to make her appearance at 9pm according to the organisers.
