Gwen Stefani headed to Dubai for private gig

Singer Gwen Stefani will perform in Dubai this December as part of a private concert series that will mark the opening of the Renaissance Downtown Hotel, Business Bay.

Marriott International made the announcement as part of its global partnership with Universal Music Group. A date for Stefani’s gig has yet to be released.

The exclusive event will be open for members of the hotel chain’s loyalty programmes across Marriott, the Ritz-Carlton and Starwood Preferred Guest, who will be able to redeem their points for fan packages.

Alex Kyriakidis, president and managing director Middle East and Africa, Marriott International said in statement: “Gwen Stefani has an extremely passionate fanbase worldwide and we’re delighted to provide intimate access and exclusive opportunities for our most loyal members and customers.”
