Blake Shelton falls on stage, blames Pitbull

Blake Shelton took a fall on stage in the middle of a show earlier this week while performing alongside Pitbull for the Pendleton Whisky Music Fest.

Later, he went to Twitter to see if anyone had video of the embarrassing moment.

“Ok Pendleton I know somebody is bound to have video of me falling on stage last night!! Please!! I have to see it!!!” Shelton tweeted Sunday, calling out Pendleton, Oregon, where the concert was held. “And yes I had been drinking. A lot.”

To Shelton’s relief, many fans replied to the tweet with videos of the clumsy collapse. One of them, Synthea Aldava, helped him out with a relatively close version of the action. “There you go Blake,” she tweeted.

Shelton jokingly shifted blame for the incident. “By the way @pitbull...,” he tweeted at his fellow performer on the festival bill, “I blame you. It was my attempt at competing with your show...”

Earlier in the day, Pitbull posted a photo of the him and Shelton ahead of the show, saying, “Making history at the #Pendletonwhiskeymusicfest with @blakeshelton.”

The country star, well known for his hard-partying ways, had a cup in hand.
