Fawad Khan to Atif Aslam: Star-studded lineup headlines Velo Sound Station Season 3 this Eid 2025

Eid Al Fitr ‘25 has the biggest musical treat of the year in store for lovers of desi music.

As Velo Sound Station returns for its 3rd season, with a brand-new look and a coveted artist lineup that includes Fawad Khan, Atif Aslam, Young Stunners, Annural Khalid, Hasan Raheem, and Shae Gill, fans can expect some certified bangers and a mega show of star power.

VSS’s 3rd season is going to be special also because it is helmed by fresh-from-the-super-success-of-The Legend of Maula Jatt Bilal Lashari, with Ammara Hikmat as his co-producer under the banner of Encyclomedia Lashari Films JV.
Gulf News learns from reliable sources that the new season is composed of eight tracks. Most of these are original, but the audience can hope to get a revamped version of Chan Pichhay from The Legend of Maula Jatt also.
All the videos are directed by Lashari on different sets and locations. Both Lashari and Hikmat recently returned from Bangkok, where they shot with Young Stunners.
Trust Lashari to create something out of the box. If sources are to be believed, huge sets were created for the videos. The result, insiders say, is absolutely cinematic.
Lashari is not new to music videos. After he finished his degree in Film from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California, he started his career in Pakistan by directing music videos. His first couple of ventures were with Atif Aslam (Hungami Halaat), Jal band (Sajni), EP (Shor Macha), and Meekal Hasan Band (Chal Bulleya).
Last year, Lashari was awarded Sitara-i-Imtiaz, which is Pakistan’s highest civil award.
As for Velo Sound Station, it has carved its own place among such giant franchises as Coke Studio and Nescafé Basement in a very short span of three years. Its previous two seasons were directed by Bilal Maqsood, a former Strings vocalist.
The first-look teaser of VSS’s 3rd season is expected to drop this weekend.
