Shilpa Shetty to return to TV with game show
Television has become huge, it has grown a lot over the years, she says
Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty will be back on the small screen as the host of a game show.
Shetty, 40, first turned host on TV for Bigg Boss 2 in 2008 and her other television stints include judging dance reality show Nach Baliye season five and six.
“We are formulating a television reality show. This is a game show. We can’t reveal much about it,” Shetty said.
“Television has become huge. It has grown a lot over the years. There is lot of variety being offered to the audience but they expect good content,” she said.
A formal announcement regarding the show is most likely to be made in January next year.
The Dhadkan actress said she is happy doing a variety of things in life from venturing into the spa business to designing sarees.
“Life is still a learning curve. I enjoy what I do. I would love to do a film but I need something interesting. I was one of the first actresses to make a foray into business. I am happy I took those decisions. My most important job is being a mother and it will always be,” she said.
“I have just finished designing the SSK Diwali range of sarees. I am happy doing small things and my spa business is doing well. I am happy.”
