Bianca Censori, wife of rapper Kanye West, will not face any legal action over her revealing outfit at the 2025 Grammy Awards, according to The Independent.

West, 47, and Censori, 30, arrived at the Crypto.com Arena in coordinating all-black outfits.

However, the Australian model later ditched her black feather coat in front of photographers, unveiling a sheer mini-dress that quickly sparked debate.

As reported by TMZ, Los Angeles police sources confirmed that no complaints were filed regarding Censori’s outfit, and since the Grammys is a private event, there are no legal grounds for action.

Legal expert Andrea Oguntula weighed in on the matter, telling Page Six, “While Ms. Censori’s outfit undoubtedly pushed boundaries, California’s indecent exposure laws require intentional public exposure of one’s genitals with the specific aim to offend or sexually arouse. Given this, it is highly unlikely she will face any criminal charges.”

However, her attire may have clashed with broadcast regulations.

The Independent highlighted a 2013 Deadline report revealing that CBS enforces strict wardrobe guidelines for the Grammys, banning exposed private parts from being aired.

Additionally, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) prohibits obscene content on U.S. television networks, restricting what could be shown during the live broadcast.

While some initial reports suggested that West and Censori were removed from the event, it was later confirmed that the couple voluntarily exited after their red carpet appearance.
