KNOTCH Real Estate has officially opened its doors in Sobha Hartland, launching a bold new vision for the industry: a company built by the people, for the people.
Visionary entrepreneur Maria Gallabov has created KNOTCH to be a company where people matter, where their stories are heard, and how they treat each other is just as important as what they build.

Every corner, shaped with intention, came to life through its creative journey with CADx2 Interior Design Studio.

In line with its expansion, KNOTCH Real Estate has welcomed two exceptional Sales Managers to its leadership team: Ali Naser and Cedric Michel.
Naser is known for his strategic thinking and people-oriented leadership style. He has been working closely with Wahab to build the sales team from the ground up.
“I’ve seen this company grow from scratch, and being part of that journey is something I carry with pride,” says Naser.
Michel joins the team with a strong background in high-end property sales in Dubai and Luxemburg.
