Global brokerage firm GTC has officially broken ground on its new headquarters in Dubai, marking a defining moment in the company’s growth journey. The new GTC Tower will be a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility set to house the firm’s regional operations and future initiatives.

The breaking ground ceremony, held on Tuesday, July 1, brought together members of the GTC Executive Team, regional partners and clients including top traders, introducing brokers as well as notable figures from the financial industry. More than 300 guests travelled from across the globe to witness this milestone event in person, further highlighting GTC’s worldwide reputation and influence.

Speaking at the event, GTC's Founder and CEO, Jack Zheng shared the vision behind the new development. “Our new headquarters will represent much more than just a physical space,” he said. “It will reflect our commitment to growth, transparency and to building a collaborative environment that empowers our people and partners.”

More than a flagship office

What sets GTC apart is its bold decision to construct a fully dedicated, purpose-built tower, something only a handful of brokerages in the UAE have done. GTC Tower is more than just a flagship office; it’s a powerful statement of long-term intent. It reinforces the company’s vision to lead from the front, invest in the future of the financial ecosystem, and establish a lasting presence in one of the world’s most dynamic trading hubs.

The ceremony included a symbolic laying of foundation and remarks from senior leadership, setting the stage for what’s to come. Once completed, GTC Tower will serve as the central hub for operations, innovation, trading education and collaboration across the Middle East and North Africa and beyond.

“With construction now under way, GTC Tower is poised to become a landmark not just for the company, but for the entire trading community,” Zheng said. “From housing our global leadership to hosting industry events and client activations, GTC Tower will be a cornerstone of our growth for years to come. We can’t wait to welcome you in.”

World-class trading experiences

With offices in more than 20 countries, close to 1 million serviced traders, and monthly notional volumes exceeding $300 billion (Dh1.1 trillion), GTC is built on the core pillars of trust, transparency, and forward-thinking innovation and has been delivering world-class trading experiences since 2012.

As a multi-regulated broker, GTC gives traders direct access to nearly 30,000 instruments across FX, commodities, indices, shares and energies. Whether you’re a first-time trader or a seasoned pro, GTC’s technology-first infrastructure, award-winning support, and global expertise make it the broker of choice for individuals and institutions alike.

In June 2025, GTC was named Worldwide Leading Broker by Money Expo, just one of over 120 plus prestigious awards received globally.
